Each pin is a trial site of a trial the organization leads as lead sponsor (not as a collaborator), placed from the address on the trial registration, so it shows part of where the organization works, not all of it. The region and country filters use the organization's registered or headquarters address, or where it runs the most trial sites when that address is unknown.
